If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help with clear and fair return and refund guidelines.

🛍️ Change of Mind (14-Day Return Window)

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your unused and unopened item(s) within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer protection guidelines.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
Original packaging must be intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our kits, we are unable to accept returns on the following:

Opened, used, or damaged items
Gift cards or digital/downloadable products
Custom or personalised kits

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We pack every order with care. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping where applicable.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: actual refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🌍 International Returns

As we operate from Hong Kong, all returns — including from the UK — are considered international.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any applicable duties or customs fees.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and contacting us before returning your item.
